    weight loss

    i really want to lose alot of body fat really fast=). im 2o, 20 bf, 180lbs, 5'8. i really want to take steroids again, but dont know what foods to eat specifally and at what times. i also read in a mafazine that our bodies can only break down about 30 grams of protein at a time, so anything after that turns to shit.

    that's a blatent lie... i eat 70-80g per sitting....

    u need to post up a detailed diet with macros.. pro/fat/cal/carb.. u can use fitday.com.. ill be waiting

    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

    i would stay far away from steroids.... youd be surprised what a good diet and training can do, IMO cycles should get your down to 12% BF before cycling... than you can prove to yourself self discipline and then enjoy solid gains.
