I'm 6'2 220ish pounds trying to get up to around 240, and could use new ideas for protein sources. I get up to around 350g of protein per day from mainly 4-6 servings of grilled chicken or fish, 4 egg whites, 3-4 servings of grilled beans, 3 protein shakes, then probably another 30-40g from carb sources. I'd like to get up to around 400g. I'm trying to keep a low fat high protein diet. Any more protein source suggestions I could add in? Getting boring eating the same shit every day!
