Hello, I would like your opinions on a cycle to help with MMA training and Crossfit training. About me: Age - 27, Height - 6'2", Weight - 190-195ish, Activity Level - Extremely high, Cycle experience - 1st cycle.
Currently am training Crossfit 3 days per week(have been training Crossfit/lifting for 1 and a half years consistently under supervision of great coaches who also monitor my diet), usually intense metabolic conditioning circuits, Bikram Yoga 2 or 3 days depending on energy levels and Boxing 1 or 2 again depending on energy. At this point in my training I'm trying to focus on my weaknesses which are my physical attributes and striking. I need to design a cycle to add strength, endurance, a slow gain of muscle mass(about 10 pounds, 15 at most), and increased recovery time with little to no bloat. I'm looking for it to be a short cycle, in the range of 6-8 weeks. No need to worry about testing as I'm only training and looking at possible amateur fights at this point.
In order to accomplish this I plan to run a cycle of:
-Test Propionate (1ml/50mg) everyday/350 mg weeks 1-8 (HG and cut w/ EO
-T-Bol 30mg everyday weeks 1-8
I want my PCT to be spot on perfect in order to keep my gains and minimize any potential side effects that may occur. I must admit the only thing keeping me from starting the cycle is my lack of PCT knowledge, please point me in the right direction to begin my research in this area.
-Should I run HCG throughout?
-What PCT would have the least side effects in itself and recover my HPTA the quickest?
