    Comparison thoughts

    Just looking for some comments
    the pic on the left is from a few months ago when i was cutting up for well over 6 months as some of you know.
    The pic on the right is just taken, today is my 2nd day off, so there are no pumps, more water retention, comming off creatine... yata yata yata.

    Pic on left I was about 160-164
    Pic on right i'm about 190 says my scale, also end of the day so take 2-4 lbs off.

    Anyways Im finishing my last natural bulk cycle before I hit AAS.
    I was thinking of starting some cardio this week, just trim down a bit.
    After this week, I will rest an entire week, no cardio, no gym.
    Then start AAS based upon my BF%, I know I can easily get it down.

    anyways heres the pic.
    The photo on the right is zoomed in close, if needed I will retake tomorrow.

    pic on the right is much better. Good luck with the cycle what are your goals

    the one on the left has alot better definition with even a christmas tree appearing. the one on the right although looks to be maybe thicker, is also sporting a bigger set of love handles and less of a V taper.. good luck

    Just had
    50g whey, 5g bcaa, 10g glutamine, 400mg caffeine, 81mg asprin, 25mg ephedrine, 100mg R-ala, 1.5g Acetyl L-carnitine, 2.25g Arginine Ethyl Ester HCL, 500mg Green Tea Extract
    My pre-cardio fat burning enhancement mixture
    The early morning fun starts again
    End of bulk cycle, hate that fat UGHHH

    Just got back, did 50 mins low intensity walking on an incline of 15 at 3.6 - 4.2 speed, hit 700 cals.

    Any idea on the guesstament of BF%?
    Used my electric one, said 18%, Funny I can still see my abs a bit and obliques.
    Still have alot of water and some creatine still in system so Im not gonna totally agree with it.

    Have a hard time using the calipers as far as how hard to pinch, deepness?
    I have some calipers here

    Well started backing doing am cardio.
    Gonna do it for 2 weeks so i can shed some BF% before my first cycle.
    anyone have any thoughts based on the photos?
    I will take more in a week after cardio

    Really more so just adding my normal low intensity cardio in the am.
    Hate to use shakes but before I do cardio I have my 48g whey shake to get protein in my system since I just awoke and help with the cardio.
    After I get home then I have my eggs and oatmeal.
    Added some supps, change my rest periods between from 2-3 mins to 30 - 40 secs.
    This is my 10th week, last week of my bulk.
    But I need to shed some BF% before my first cycle, so Im going to do what I can in 2 weeks.
    This photo was just taken like 30 mins ago after getting back from cardio and out of shower.
    Other photo in mid was on a reseted day so more water and what not I had.


    Other than that, everything is the same.
    I know I can easily drop weight if I start carb cycling, but this time I want to try and keep what I gained, so Im going to do this for another 2 weeks and keep the carbs.
    I may drop another meal or 2 to 1/2 cup brown rice later in the day.
    This is only after 2 days, got another 12 days.

    This was my highest in cals and what not but I did not mind the extra BF rather than not gain muscle.

    Also added more red meat towards end of bulking cycle

    Looks like you managed to put on some decent size without adding too much bodyfat at the same time. Be even more interesting to see the comparisons when the bf% is down to where it was before.

    Yeh, Im gonna see how much I can do in 2 weeks, because after that I start my first test e cycle.
    So it won't be till end of August I start Cutting/PCT and preparing for my 2nd cycle 3 months after.
    Then I hopefully plan to compete next summer based on my cycle timmings.
