    New to Forum

    Hi all,
I am currently 31 years old and have been training from the age of 16. However the past year I haven't been training too much becuase of grad school and work (Both full time). Now, I have my school, work, diet, and training scheudle all ready to go again. I have my summer off becuase I am a teacher and will be only taking two grad classes on Tuesdays on Thursdays. So I will be able to focus on training all summer.

I have a small tall frame. I am 6' and only 185 pounds. My body fat is around 8% (the last test my doctor did). I stay lean due to my diet and life style. (Mountain Biking, Snow Boarding, Sailing, Running etc...) I have never been able to reach 200 but that is my current goal. When I used a 10week cycle of sustanon 250 I reached 195 but wasn't able to reach 200 (I wasn't eating enough at the time either). I understand I need to EAT. My metabolism is extremly quick. I need to eat every two - three hours just to stay at the weight I am now.

My training schedule is on a five day routine.

    Mondays: Biceps, Triceps, and Shoulders
    Tuesdays: Chest and BAck
    Wednesdays: Legs
    Thursdays: Same as Monday
    Fridays: Same as Tuesday

This is my schedule when I train hard but I think now that I am older I need to change it up. I train each muscle group with three exersizes, 3 sets, using a rep cycle of 10 - 8 - 6. Most my weight is upper body. I have an extremly small lower body. My waist is only 30-31 inches, however I have extremly broad shoulders considering my frame. I have small legs that are very difficult to build on. I have a difficult time with squatting and benching. My arms, shoulders, and back are much stronger than my chest and legs. I have always struggled with benching and have tried many different routines to build on it. I usually go back to single dumbbell presses using anywhere between 70-95 lb dumbells. I use these for my chest workout, incline and decline incuded. Needless to say the bench is something I have always loathed due to the amount of weight I can't push. I believe my max is only 225. Horrible...

I am starting my second cycle but it has been 8 years from my first.

    I will be using:

    Week 1-12: Test C 250mg with Deca 250 mg.
I will also be using Nolvadex and HCG for my post cycle.

I will use the Test C on Mondays then use the Deca on Wednesdays.

I'll start using the Nolvadex three weeks into the cycle and use the HCG when I am finished with the cycle or before if I notice any ball shrinkage.

My friend is using the same cycle and started using the Nolvadex and HCG after his third week.

I will be taking 6 weeks off and starting another cycle of test c and Deca but I will be increasing everything to 350mg.

I also will be consistent with my training. Even though I have been training from a young age something has always gotten in the way for me to stay on a consistent routine for longer than 8 months at a time. I will train for 8 months hard then take a few months off. That has been the way it has always gone, therefore I loose my gains and start over again and again.....
    This will not happen again.

I want to research this as much as possible before starting and make sure if there is anything I could be doing with the cycle to maxamize the gear it would be great to know.
I understand my training schedule and body type is a little odd, but I'm trying to be specific to get some advice.

    Welcome

i would post your diet in the diet forum and make sure thats in check, cause you should be able to make more gains natty.first.

if you do decide that you want to cycle no one can make you change your mind.
i would bump the test to 500mg.
