    Sauna or not to sauna.....

280 lb. man and I try to fit the sauna in after every workout.

I typically do about 3 - 15 minute sessions and the temp. ranges from 205-225. 45 minutes total. I do this at least 4 times a week, most of the time 5.

I have tried to research benefits/hinderences of using the sauna, but wanted some feedback from the board.

    Please help.

I like to use them once a week or so just to sweat out any toxins. Eat is right, you wont lose fat. You have to make sure you stay hydrated and keep you electrolytes in shape.

I use if after a workout to help with soreness the next day. It's also great on sundays after a long weekend.
