That according to the people I hear talking at my gym that deadlifts and squats are not important and all they do is cause back and knee problems so there not necessary? I can't believe I've been wasting my time with them for this long now!
Also T-MOS were you at my gym on Monday doing legs? I overheard some people talking about a guy that filled the leg press with the max amount of plates and the whole gym was pretty much watching this one guy workout legs..... I just thought of your rant thread from a few weeks ago when I heard them talking about it.
