So as some of you will know i am now trying to get bigger and i know protein etc is good for bulking but i was just wondering what foods you find good to bulk on.
Also whats best to eat in the mornings? and what time do youusualy stop eating at??

i stoip eating when i put my face to the pillow.... and bulking foods? people put to much hype into this... it shouldnt make a different if its cutting or bulkin your food choices shoudl always be healthy... just in more proportions/frequencies according to yoru diet goals/BMR, etc.
