I plan to workout like this
Day 1 Chest + Biceps + Abs
Day 2 Back + Tricepseliminate triceps here
Day 3 Shoulders + Legs + Absshoulders biceps triceps
Day 4 Arms on their own + Abslegs on its own day, but make this a 4 day split day 1,2 WED OFF 3,4 OFF, OFF, REPEAT..now i looks liek a good split
How would you put these days into a week plan? like monday chest and Bi's, tuesday off? considering i want to gain size. Would you change it to Back and Biceps etc??
