    Splitting workout into days

    Hey, im currently about to start gaining size for a few weeks. My diet seems to be looking good although i havent started yet, i plan on starting saturday. i was just wondering for gaining size how i should split my workout into days.

    I plan to workout like this
    Day 1 Chest + Biceps + Abs
    Day 2 Back + Triceps
    Day 3 Shoulders + Legs + Abs
    Day 4 Arms on their own + Abs

    How would you put these days into a week plan? like monday chest and Bi's, tuesday off? considering i want to gain size. Would you change it to Back and Biceps etc??

    I would say split your shoulders and legs day up. Put legs day 4 and arms day 5. You use your tri's a lot in shoulder workouts, so it's good to give them a good rest day between there. So, either go that route or rest after day 3. That is just my own opinion though. I am sure others will get their two cents in as well.

    So have i got it right now? is this enough training for size?

    when you have a split, dont worry about size. worry about overtraining when making a workout split. size will have to do wtih your diet/recovery, sleep, intensity level, etc, etc.

    wha ti recommended looks good, shoulders tris bis
    and legs on its own on day 4 to allow for more recovery they way i wrote it, is what i recommend
