...what the strength ratios should be in the body?
My Chest and triceps are much stronger than my back and biceps. Should chest and Back be equal in a 1:1 strength ratio? What about tris and bis?
I don't want to ease my chest training to bring my back up, but I hate the inequality. I could really use some knowledge on this so I don't continue the imbalance.
