how can the society as a whole.... form a policing unit to monitor politicians and such... to make sure they arent voting to give themselves raises.. when that money could go to helping schools and elderly?

First of all, it would be a waste of my money. You'd have an education to apply for a job nobody would hire you for. I don't feel like investing in loosers and people who don't shower. Criminals belong commiting crimes or in prision, not as co-workers in cubicles.

No, I don't want to help you be more productive. You're the slime and torn in the side of the upper crust and should have nothing. I want you to work at McDonalds and make enough to eat and raise more losers so we have someone to sweap the floor.

well then you dont know about the programs that most states have set up to help convicts

PA has one where they will train you and find you a job... a GOVERNMENT job. that pays damn well.

Thrips species feed on a large variety of sources both plant and animal by puncturing them and sucking up the contents. Some species of thrips feed on other insects or mites and are considered beneficial, while some feed on fungal spores or pollen.
For commercial crops pesticides are often needed. But if they're in your house, you're a dirty person and should be mercy killed.

Wrong The Man!! My cousin is serving 8 life sentences for murdering 8 people. He is taking college courses now.
What dukkit is reffering to is why once your free and rehabilitated (if there is such a thing) can you not try to progress and do better? I would love financial aid. Dont assume all criminals are dummies. Im a two time felon, WHo could have played pro ball and gotten a degree, I made bad choices. Now I have a great job and out perform everyone who spent 4-8years in college. I would still like to go to college but I cannot afford to.
