    This place has changed!!!

    I just looked at the members currently on board and don't recognize ONE Mod!!! Dam...but this happens as we get busier in whats really a priority.

    ya but i think of late we have alot of 20post a day people. with no real information...

    I will say i never came into the lounge until Dec 09.. but to be honest the rest of the site has dropped off big time. the powerlifting forums is hardly anymore, the workout and lifting tech forums are filled with the same questions over and over..

    I first start visiting the site in 03, didn't join until much later. but i do think some parts of the site have gone down ALOT....

    i try to stay out of q and a now because of this. a lot of new bs asking dumb qs about if their deca only cycle is good. but then again sometimes its comical

    I spend most ofmy time in the lounge but I try to help out in the workout section and lifting tech but like you said it's very repetitive. I'm still learning a lot so I try to help in q&a but I do more reading than posting in there. Diet part is all research for me I don't know anywhere near enough yet to help in there.

    Been around this board alot longer then i have been a member and things definately have changed but it is to be expected. circumstances are different for most then they were a few years ago. politics have their role as well. i will say i do miss some of the old memebers who used to post and i am happy to see some of them coming back around. as this board continues to grow so will the influx of so called "noobies"

    we did lose a ton of quality members but some good ones stayed around to.
