Hi bros i'm looking to start my 1st cycle been lifting for 6years minus the last 8 months due to car accident. would really appreciate any help i coud get on what would be a good cycle to start with and what product works the best any help would be sweet

I'm 28 years old 5' 9" tall 210lbs with around 15% body fat or a lil more.
my goals:
I want 2 loose some body fat but mainly i would like 2 bulk back up and regain some stringht i,ve lost since accident but i don't want 2 take another 6 years to get back where i was.
