    Going Down with Anavar

Hi Im new here but I went through almost all the educational info u guys have posted in here (It was Great Help) and I have been reading my brains out on steriods for the past couple of months.

5 months ago I weighed almost 341 lbs and now after 4 months of dieting and working out I weigh 268 lbs. I managed to slowly get myself into 2 hours of workout (1hr cardio , 1hr light lifting) six days a week. My diet is a very very low carb diet sometimes zero carb and now I feel that i can easily get used to it but ofcourse it needs tweaking.

I feel that i have reached a road block in the past 2 weeks cuz I havnt been losing weight so I was considering to step up my game by taking my first weight loss aid cycle:

Planning on running it for 6 weeks:

    Anavar 40mgs ED
    Nolvadex 10mgs ED
    Flax Seed Oil
    Milk Thistle

some argue that PCT is not necessary with Anavar but im still planning on taking Clomid & Nolvadex for 3 weeks after the cycle

My Goal is to reach 200 lbs in 6 months so I can start my first Real Test cycle when I turn 25

    Stats:

    Age: 24
    Height: 6'1
    Weight: 268lbs

Diet (It was very hard at first but im almost used to it now) :

    4 meals a day

    Morning:

6 egg whites , half toast , apple , fresh grapefruit juice

    Noon:

Salad (little dressing) and two chicken breasts

    Workout (2hrs)

    After Workout:

sometimes a small bowl of steamed rice and some steamed veggies and a steak

    1 hr b4 bed:

    Salad.

(So much water in between meals)(No supplements at all but open for suggestions)

I am fully dedicated and am totally sick of being overweight. I want to start the cycle in July hopefully by then Ill be at 250lbs

What do u guys think??? Shall I go 4 it???

No need for nolvadex on a cycle with anavar imo, save it for pct.

Congrats on wieght loss. Anavar is NOT a wieght loss drug and shouldnt be used as so
Imo your right on track with diet/cardio. I would recomend altering diet and cardio routine maybe morning cardio on an empty stomach and 20-30 min post workout.

I agree, just tweek your diet and cardio to restimulate your weight loss. If anything clen is what you want.

agreed, just be careful about limiting your carbs so much. You will get better workouts if you have enough carbs in there. Cycling them helps break weight loss plateaus as well.

btw, congrats on the huge weight loss, nice to see someone putting the effort in instead of hoping the AAS will do the work

Thnx Guys for the support. I understand that Anavar is NOT a weight loss drug but If I improve my diet and add some more cardio in the morning I was hoping it will speed things up a bit with the added benifit of increase in strength and lean gains.

You need PCT with var i know from experiance.. lost that happy feeling when i was done, got lazy, gained some weight back ect... clomid worked for me.

I decided to go with a cycle of Clen only first and see what results do I get.

What doses do u guys recomend ??? 6 weeks straight or 2 on 2 off for 8 weeks which is better ???

You will start to achieve the above goals when you alter your diet. Start counting macros keeping track of your daily protein/cal/fat intake add something thats going to sustain you over night other then salad you may also need some natural fats salmon, almonds ect. Get to the diet section there's tons of info and experienced members to help out.

Congrats on the weight loss...I lost alot of weight as well a few years ago (over 140 lbs).....I tend to agree about shocking your system with an exercise modification as well as diet.....when you get down where you are almost at goal weight...I'd consider a clen cycle to help with the rest....keep at it Brother!!

Down to to 253 lbs Gona start Clen 2 weeks on 2 off for 8 weeks starting at 40 mcgs per day and work the dose up every 3 days. My Diet improved but still needs working on. Wish me luck guys

go on a clen cycle first to get the weight down before jumping on var. u gotta understand that var is an aas that promotes muscle gains, hence weight gain. nearly everyone that tried var cycle has reported weight gain due to increase in lean muscle mass.

i was sitting on 10% bf when i did my var cycle. i put on about 10-12lbs of lbm at the end of cycle.

Think about adding a 100% whey protein shake either before of after your work out, I personally do both. It might help you add a few lbs of lean muscle which in turn will help you burn some extra calories. Good Luck.

edit: You will burn the most calories if you go do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.

Your Diet needs alot of work. Definitely started a good track with it. Post up a new thread on strictly your diet in the Diet section.

Also I would recommend picking up some good supps like some Whey Protein for post workout. Some popular Whey protein is ON Gold standard, I personally use a Whey/albun/casein mix shake for PWO called Syntrax MAtrix 5.0 that I love.

You also want something before your workout, I would prefer a regular protein shake maybe an hour before your workout like (I use Max Pro Protein).

Besdies that def work on that diet and incorporate some Pre breakfast cardio in the morning for 45 minutes on an empty stomach at a low intensity (keeping heart beat from 100-130 max).

    Ok guys heres the update...

I only did two weeks of clen and decided not to continue

This is my current diet & work out program.

    30 - 45 min cardio

    1. 6 eggwhites , Grapefruit, Brown Toast , Multivitamins

    2. Salad & Chicken breast

    3. Preworkout Shake Whey Protein (1 scoop)

    30 min cardio , 1 hr lifting

    4. Postworkout Shake Whey Protein (1 scoop)

    5. Steak / Fish / Chicken with steamed veggies or Salad

This goes on for six days a week and I take one day off no workout and bump up the carbs

So here is what happened, for the first 2 weeks on clen I didnt not lose not a single pound I even gained some weight. But when i went off I lost a Whopping 13 pounds the next week. Now im at 240 lbs and my wieght has been stable for the past 2 weeks with little ups and downs but Im starting to see some good changes in my physique

Still working on my diet and decided to stop the clen for now.. Maybe get back on when im 220 lbs hopefully in 4 weeks

May I make a suggestion. Dont look at the scale all the time. At this point look in the mirror. You do realize the old saying is true, muscle weights more than fat. You will think you have reached a road block according to the scare but I'm sure you are still loosing the fat but your are toning up so you are gaining more muscle. Dont forget to take that into consideration when looking at the scale.

BTW congratulations on the weight loos and keep up the dedication. It would be cool to see pictures of before and current.

Congrats on your life changing ways. Seriously man...thats awesome. Keep up the good work....

I don't have any advice on cycles unless it's a spin class...I like those cycles that don't have the belts around the wheel.

    Good Job Bud,

    Terry

first, good job on the weight loss kid! i was once overweight by 100lbs, i was impatient, and also hit small platues along the way... your body does that man, it gets use to your routine, thats why you gotta keep it geussing... one thing with the clen, if you use it, be prepared for a lot of risidule skin hangin around, thats something you may need to deal with regardless but with clen you might loose weight too quick andyour skin will hang to your feet! i recomend an increase in cardio, but interval style cardio, high intensity! get your bpm up to 175, and then back down to 145 one min on another off, that will burn the most fat, and will continue burning calories even after you work out... power train twice a week, go from bench to sqauts then deadlift, you can stimulate some solid growth of muscle which will up your matabolism... cardio everyday!!! once after your weight training for 20min, and once at the end of the day for 50min, intervals... i held my self back from doing any AAS until i got lean, trust me the leaner you are the more amazing and profound the effect of AAS are, so be patient and think about how jacked your gonna be when your lean and do your first cycle!

when u get to a road block with ur body fat that there's something wrong, and what is wrong as i believe is that u kept on consuming the same food for a long period of time, the biggest mistake i have done is eating the same food for over 2 3 months i lost alot of weight but unfortunatly it blocked.
keep the change in ur food don't get ur body used to 1 type of food for a long time

as for the excess skin i believe taking fish oil (***** 3) will help in ur blood circulation which will stretch out ur skin, don't expect to get rid of that issue in a month or so, it needs time it needs working out really hard. and i believe if u lost all of this weight than i'm sure u can do it. and yes best way to LOSE FAT IS DIET AND CARDIO.
