    It is under "steroid profiles" and stickies there.
    So is this book from this page? Then I will definatelly buy it.

    It specifically sites steroid.com and says info was pulled from q&a on forums so I'm gonna have to say it's safe to say that a lot of the info came from this board.

    the book was written by doing research not by our personal experiences...if that is what you are asking but he does put some of his personal experience in it along with friends experiences.

    It is a great book and will give you a good start on your cycles but after you have done several cycles you will know what works best for you....
