Glad to be here with so many knowlegable people. After years and years of not lifting my weight hit 310, and at 5'11, that's not a good site. So last year I started dieting and cardio and dropped to about 230, but was weak (for me) as shit. Started "eating" clean, cut back on the cardio and started lifting again. Now at 250, but IMO leaner than I was at 230.
I know with support and the knowledge all of you can provide I can reach my goal of looking the way I want to.
