    first test cycle

    Hi Guys,
    Firstly I would like to thank all folks here for sharing the wealth of info on this site which otherwise I would have never known.For starters I am a 30 yr old guy and been training natural for 3 yrs.Checking out this site for a while but this is my first post.I was thinking of starting a beginner test cycle.My goal is to add ~20 lbs of muscle to my current weight .Not to get really big.My diet is pretty clean and I am a vegetarian
    Stats
    Age-30
    ht-5'11"
    working out-3 yr natural
    weight-190lbs
    bf-13%(been bulking natural for 6 months).last cut reached 10%
    diet-7 meals most consisting of white rice(cant eat brown ,vegetables,wheat bread,optimum protein shakes/muscletec weigh gainer shakes(3 times a day),bananas.No cheat meals unless i crave something ,I go for it.Total calories-3200 evenly spaced out in 7 meals.
    workout-I follow the slingshot routine.
    Eventual goal-reach 220lb at 9/10% bf.

    Cycle I am planning to run
    week:1-12 test e 500mg/week (250 mg mon morning and thur even)
    week 1-12 HCG-250iu' every wed and ramp up to 500 iu 15 days before the end of cycle

    PCT for cycles 8-12wks (starts 14 days after the last shot)
    week 1- 100mg Clomid + 40mg Nolva
    week 2/3- 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
    week 4- 25mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

    I am currently bulking so would all the gurus here advise me to cut naturally to a lower bf before running a new bulking cycle on test e or would you guys suggest continue my currently natural bulk till i reach 200 lbs and then start a cycle.Also what do you guys think of the sample cycle i posted here.

    looks good seems you did some research but i'll give ya this....

    Fist cycle is the best eat your brains out good stuff of coarse cut later. Your first cycle your gonna burn fat anyways trust us you can easily gain 30-40 lbs if ya want and train hard...well not easily but ya can do it...cut after your cycle take advantage hommie

    Thanks Tigesrshark and crazyjoe2344.I plan to up my calories to around 3500.Just that its a lil hard being a vegetarian(there is only so much veggies you can eat in a day).Also i do cardio like twice a week to prevent any additional fat gains.So far its been pretty managable but still kind of feel fat. Your suggestion to just bulk up all the way looks good.I will bulk till dec and then cut.I will probably run a cycle in aug.5 months cycle+pct and then 5 months off .

    Hi Guys,
    I had couple of more questions.
    -I read somewhere that that gains you make with steroids usually goes down once your own testosterone production goes back to normal.You go back to max size as supported by your natural test level.To all the folks out here who have done multiple cycles.Were you able to maintain the gains once you stopped doing the cycle by just upping the calories?

    -Secondly on testicular recovery with HCG ,is the recovery 100%?

    If you want to grow, eat more whole foods and rely less on shakes!

    cycle looks decent you may want to have an AI on hand for during the cycle in case of bloat or gyno signs

    DIET is 89% of this , so you may want to get to the diet section and layout a more detailed example of what you eat and when, and let the guru's there help tweek it for maximum growth

    hcg is probably not needed for this cycle but won't hurt
    PCT for cycles 8-12wks (starts 14 days after the last shot)

    not a bad pct, you could add aromasin to it if you wanted to beef it up some, again not needed but a good addition

    write out your diet and we'll have a look at it, also include a list of foods you can't eat(meats are obvious but the brown rice thing isn't, so please include those things)

    Hi Guys,
    Thanks to all of you (Phate and Tmos) on the advise.I will open another thread under the diet section to review my diet.You guys mentioned using an AI(Aromasin) for gyno problems.But doesnt taking Nolva reduce the gyno.Secondly I read another thread where it mentioned using HCG from the beginning of the cycle.Better to take the corrective steps than be sorry later.

    To Phate/TMOS-Would say that there is no test atropy during the test e cycle since you mentioned HCG might not be necessary?

    Finally would you guys recommend to start the cycle in my current natural bulk or do a cut and then do cycle on the new bulk?

    Sorry for all the questions.Just want to be sure before starting the cycle.

    ur looking good just make sure you got all you need before you do an clean up your diet before you cycle you should do very well.

    Thanks Navy-boi.I think I could improve my diet a little bit more(opened another thread in the diet section of the forum .I dont intend to start a cycle until everything is perfect.Just want to see how much bigger i could get on a vegetarin diet.190 and 10 more to go!

    The cycle and pct looks good. I don't think you need the hcg throughout your cycle like that, at least not this one.

    Thanks Hankdiesel.The reason I was thinking about hcg was i read several post of folks here mentioning about test shrinkage after 5 weeks on test e.But I guess after all the responses here, i will avoid hcg on this cycle but will keep it on hand just in case.
