Firstly I would like to thank all folks here for sharing the wealth of info on this site which otherwise I would have never known.For starters I am a 30 yr old guy and been training natural for 3 yrs.Checking out this site for a while but this is my first post.I was thinking of starting a beginner test cycle.My goal is to add ~20 lbs of muscle to my current weight .Not to get really big.My diet is pretty clean and I am a vegetarian

Age-30
ht-5'11"
working out-3 yr natural
weight-190lbs
bf-13%(been bulking natural for 6 months).last cut reached 10%
diet-7 meals most consisting of white rice(cant eat brown

,vegetables,wheat bread,optimum protein shakes/muscletec weigh gainer shakes(3 times a day),bananas.No cheat meals unless i crave something ,I go for it.Total calories-3200 evenly spaced out in 7 meals.
workout-I follow the slingshot routine.
Eventual goal-reach 220lb at 9/10% bf.
Cycle I am planning to run
week:1-12 test e 500mg/week (250 mg mon morning and thur even)
week 1-12 HCG-250iu' every wed and ramp up to 500 iu 15 days before the end of cycle
hcg is probably not needed for this cycle but won't hurt
PCT for cycles 8-12wks (starts 14 days after the last shot)
week 1- 100mg Clomid + 40mg Nolva
week 2/3- 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
week 4- 25mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
not a bad pct, you could add aromasin to it if you wanted to beef it up some, again not needed but a good addition
I am currently bulking so would all the gurus here advise me to cut naturally to a lower bf before running a new bulking cycle on test e or would you guys suggest continue my currently natural bulk till i reach 200 lbs and then start a cycle.Also what do you guys think of the sample cycle i posted here.
