g-day.. just thought id say hi and mention that iv been training very hard for the past 3-4 yrs. When i started lifting weights i was around 60kg and now after i think 3 yrs im hovering around 82kg which is-- i think 180 lbs if that makes it easier. so i guess im a average gainer, i have a relativly slow metabolism and i can gain fat quite easily if i dont eat clean lol. I am very strong a can move quite a bit of weight around in the gym and sometimes i feel like my results dont resemble the hard work i put in. my diet is basically fish, chicken, red meat, brown rice, veg(lots of greens), small amounts of fruit with lots of water and a cheat meal every fri.. if i go away or get a cold or something i will eat anything. i have creatine every so often but generally dont have any supplements..
so yeah basically i just want to learn about AAS before i use them and hopfully you guys can help me get MASSIVE AND ****** !! TAKE CARE and thanks !!
