monday=chest
tuesday=back
wednesday=shoulders
thursday=arms
friday=legs
i've been training for a few years now an can't seem to grow any bigger that's why i turned to the dark side i usually do
monday=chest &tris
tuesday=shoulder's an bi's
wednesday=back
i dont do legs very often as i train at home an neglect them alot lol
thurs=chest an tri again
friday=shoulder's bi's
what am i doin wrong i think im getting smaller an im cycling test e at the moment my diet is in check i try to pump ten every set so i use a weight that lets me get the ten
