Can I take 1mg Armidex Eod?

I have 1mg armidex tabs, Can i take just one pill every other day?

Or should I do half a pill every day?

This is for reducing estrogen sides during a cycle since I am prone to gyno.

test prop 100mg eod
50 mg winstrol ed
50mg t-bol ed

always begin with the lowest dosage .

lowest dosage is in the order of :

1- .25 mg EOD
2- .25 mg ED
3- .5 mg ED ( the maximum dosage in my opinion).
