Thread: How do you determine the length of your cycle?

How do you determine the length of your cycle?

For example if you're taking test e, is your cycle length determined from first injection to last injection? Or, is it from first injection to two weeks AFTER last injection since it stays in your system for up to two weeks after last injection.

1-12 test enth 500mg/wk means that you will be taking injections monday morning and thursday night(for ease of example) for 12 weeks, so you would stop these injections the thursday of the 12th week, then wait two more weeks to start pct

So basically from first injection to last injection. But, couldn't you say you're still on cycle for a week or so after your last injection considering the substance is in your body?

yes you could, but we go by injections, that's why you see cycles like this

    1-12 test enth 500mg/wk
    8-14 winny 50mg ed

the winny is being taken right up to PCT because we know the test is still in your system until week 15 since the injections stopped at the end of week 12

With a tape measure. I just measured my 10 speed it is 70 inches long, nice long cycle.

I determine length by the time I am actually introducing a compound into my system, not necessarily the length it remains active in my system.
    For example
    Weeks 1-12 sust 700mg wk
weeks 1-10 deca 350 mg wk
    weeks 14-17 tamox 20mg daily
    weeks 14-17 hcg 500iu daily

Now, we know the deca is active beyond 10 weeks and the sust is active beyond 12, but I only count the the time it is being introduced. Hence the lag in start time for my Tamox & hcg.

so extending on this point. if we use the basic safety principle that you should wait at least as long as ur last cycle before cycling again then how much time would u give if u were on a 12 week test e cycle for example? 12 week break or 14 week break?

Most on here recommend time on cycle + PCT equals time off. But the best way is you can is to have bloodwork to see where everything stands before you start another cycle. It all depends on the person, some recover faster, while some take longer. It's just a general guideline.

that test is actually still in your system for a moth or 2 after your last injection you star start your PCT 2 weeks after because your levels have lowered enough to start
