I found it! Sounds like it would be a lot easier to just diet your ass of rather than possibly go blind! Just my $0.02

All the highly respected Vets would give the big THUMBS DOWN to it. Especially to a non competitive athlete and to someone that does this on the occasion

Exactly why use something so dangerous when a diet is obviously the key flaw in peoples being in higher body fat percentage. And then on top of it probably not having a detailed diet equal disaster.

I'm not dead or blind... and it's really best for getting super lean.. say diet and exercise all the way down to 5 or 6% and DNP to get down to 3 or 4.. that's kind of how it SHOULD be used.. but it isn't a bad way to drop a quick 10lbs for summer either! Anyways that's just my opinion after 4 cycles ranging from one week to three weeks and up to 750mg/day. Other than sweating buckets and feeling like I was on chemo it wasn't all that bad! Lol.. now nobody go kill themselves and I don't recommend above 500mg/day, I wouldn't push it any further again myself.

nothing beats dnp for fat burning, alot of the people that dont like it have never tried it..jus sayin
DNP is a compound that in a sence helps your body eat itself! can be very harmful if not done right. i did some researcha t one time when I was thinking about doing a 3 weeker. I decided against it and just did a lot more cardio to compensate
The thing is just because people who use DNP and say they are fine after they finish, yeah you are fine now, but wait till you get older. Who knows what motions DNP ingestion has set into place wether it be cancer or heart problems or whatever, that stuff doesn't happen overnight.
It's still a risk and shouldn't be taken lightly.
Well to the guys advocating the use could you post a pics to see how shredded and the conditioning you all were able to achieve on this drug. That would really help out.
Phenols in general are reputed to be carcinogenic. Although 2,4-dinitrophenol has never been implicated in a cancer diagnosis, some are nonetheless concerned, and understandably so. In addition to the inherent carcinogenic potential caused by its status as a phenol, production of free radicals and the release of various compounds stored in adipose tissue stores during dnp - dinitrophenol - 's rapid oxidation of fat may also potentially be harmful. Free radicals damage dna and activate cancer genes.
I mean nothing we put in our body is completely safe, but DNP seems such a risk if you are doing it just to "get shredded", now if you compete and stuff I can see the justification. But for average steroid user, Clen is a alot safer alternative.

For the rest of us that don't want to eat like birds year round and want to live in our bodies as much as we want to look good in them, DNP is a fast way to clean up for summer. I mean how else am I gonna drop 10 lbs in 2 weeks of ACTUAL fat... exactly.. no amount of cardio or lettuce is going to do that.![]()
