I have two shakes I take...
I have a shake thats also a weight gainer, 1200 cals, 182 carbs, 80g protein.
And I have a ISO XP shake, which has no fat, no carbs, only 420 cals, but has 100g of protien in it. Its whey.
Which shake should I take post work out?
And which shake should I take at a different time in the day? And at what time in the day??
