my boy did a thigh injection today he said when he aspirated a clear liquid came back into the syringe my though is that it was water that his muscle are retaining from the anadrol he his on anyone have this happen

His muscles are not retaining water from the anadrol, your body is made up something like 80% of water. It's like when you use creatine, thats stores more water in your muscle's cells.
