    1st Cycle, Test E and Dbol, Check this out! Feedback Please!

    So,

    After doing extensive research I have decided to have my first cycle be Test E & Dbol.

    Stats:
    21 Years Old
    Height: 5'9''
    Weight: 200lbs.
    BF%: 9-10
    4 Years of BB experience, All Natural powerlifting

    I am a personal trainer at my local college gym so Im fairly knowledgeable about my lifting routine and diet. Looking to gain a good 20lbs.

    12 Week Cycle
    Week1: 500mg Test E, 40mg Dbol, .25mg L-dex
    Week2: 500mg Test E, 40mg Dbol, .25mg L-dex
    Week3: 500mg Test E, 40mg Dbol, .25mg L-dex
    Week4: 500mg Test E, 40mg Dbol, .25mg L-dex
    Week5-12: 500mg Test E, .25mg L-dex
    Week14-18: Clomid - 100/50/50/50, Nolva - 40/20/20/20

    Understandable, but im pretty set on this. Should I take the L-dex with Dbol or should I wait until my last dosage to start on L-dex?

    I would no use Dbol. IMO!
    Just test.

    looks good...just absorb all the protein you can get like a sponge

    Looks like you sorted everything out and have a good base knowledge of how to cycle. Best of luck with your gains.

    x2! All good, just dont use l-dex unless gyno symps pop up. U dont know if your gyno prone or not do u?

    Yea I dont know, I was gonna play it safe and take that small amount to have a better chance to prevent it and to reduce bloating. What do you think? Is there a problem with taking it while on cycle?

    Why no Dbol? I read it was a great 1st cycle kick start to test. Could I reduce the amount? Just curious?

    It's 50/50 with running dbol on your first cycle.

    The reason we say NO, is so you LEARN how your body reacts to Test first. That way you know exactly what is giving you good and bad sides and you learn to build off that knowledge for future cycles.

    Also, dbol IS going to give you a LOT of WATER WEIGHT... if you are trying to stay lean, then you may want to reconsider using it. The water weight will drop off as soon as you stop taking it but you will have to deal with being bloated

    another reason to just do ONE compound. Test may or may not bloat you, but you will NOT know since the dbol will definitely bloat you.

    so the choice is yours for using it or not for a first cycle

    25mg of d-bol did me fine.... mabie this would work for you too, but like t-mos said, how will you know how the test effects you if your on both???? something to consider....

    I think the problem is too many peeps run ish they dont need to just cus, kinda like u with the l-dex. Worried bout bloat, get ur diet in check. Some lucky bastards can run test/tren with zero gyno sides and no need for ai/serm on cycle. How do u know if u fall into that category by taking an ai from the start on ur first cycle? U get symps on cycle, run some nolva, 7 days ur in the clear and now know for future cycles, pretty simple bro.
    I agree with t-mos as always. Dbol will make u retain some water even if diet is spot on but again, everyone reacts different and its not what people make it out to be. I mean ur not gonna gain 20+lbs of water bro, unless ur eating mcdonalds everyday. I would think though dbol/test is ok because u really would know whats giving the sides. Some may disagree but i mean come on, if ur getting sides in the first week or two u know its the dbol. No long ester anything is gonna kick that soon, not sooner than any oral. If ur not on the dbol anymore after week 4 and u get sides say at week 6-7, its pretty safe to say the sides came from the test, not dbol obviously. Maybe im wrong but thats how i see it. Id start if i where u dbol at 30mg ed and go from there bro. Give it a good week at that dose and if ur getting solid results with little sides, stay at that dose. Getting bad sides, lower the dose. Getting nothing out of it, raise to dose to 40mg ed. Still getting nothing, tell ur source hes sellin u sugar pills! Haha, j/k bro. Good luck, im sure youll make some solid gains.
