help, my heart is racing and i dont know what to do to slow it down!!

but i was taking a MAO inhibitor also, i think it was a caffiene overdose, i tried these male stimulating pills that had all kinds of stuff in it earlier and then i took the xenadrine efx and tried to nap so i could pull an all niter and i woke up to my heart racing like ive been a 100 yard sprint
