Ok so I have been shooting Prop for 5 day's now and have hit both delts, both glutes and today a bicep. I figured out, that biceps suck I hit a nerve and my muscle was shaking and it was pretty uncomfortable. I'll probably hit my other bicep tomorrow, then I don't think I want to hit them anymore. I have hit quads before and every other time I hit a nerve. I know where you can inject, but I just want some opinions from users where to inject that you have the least possible chance of hitting nerves? Besides the obvious glutes and delts
I'm thinking of traps, anyone here like to shoot them?
