    Shoot traps?

    Ok so I have been shooting Prop for 5 day's now and have hit both delts, both glutes and today a bicep. I figured out, that biceps suck I hit a nerve and my muscle was shaking and it was pretty uncomfortable. I'll probably hit my other bicep tomorrow, then I don't think I want to hit them anymore. I have hit quads before and every other time I hit a nerve. I know where you can inject, but I just want some opinions from users where to inject that you have the least possible chance of hitting nerves? Besides the obvious glutes and delts

    I'm thinking of traps, anyone here like to shoot them?

    I have heard of people shooting calves! that is why i do not like short esthers. you end up like a pincushion

    Lats. I use 25g 5/8 inch needle for all my spot injects. When doing lats I just go up to my mirror put my one hand against the mirror and just shoot with the other.

    Lats is a good spot, or your chest about 1 1/2 inch-2 inches above your nipple... Trap is a good spot, i wouldnt go over 1cc though. After shooting .5cc i got a funny feeling like i felt the oil running down my trap it was weird. Probably just my head playing games though

    im on prop eod, you can do triceps, delts, cavles

    could also add pecs into the rotation

    I shoot traps when I'm running short esters.

    when i do ED injections, I like to have at least 6 days between same site shots so I use

    glutes- 2 days
    quads- 2 days
    delts- 2 days
    pecs - 2 days

    I guess its just a learning experience. I had trouble doing one of my delts on my own, but I figured out what I could do to make it easier. I don't think triceps would be too bad, but I think I would have to lay down to hit them. I have 1.5 needles so I'm a little nervous with the pec's, but I'm still going to give it a try.

    Delt injections are a bitch, feels like a horse kicked my arm.

    I'm pinning ED like you right now, I just use delts/quads/glutes, so that's 6 days before I hit the same spot again.

    If you really want more spots, try pecs. I've done it a couple of times and it's really easy, I like it a lot. You just have to get over the way it looks like you're trying to stick a needle in your heart. :P

    Again Why not Quads? you can shoot high and low on both quads giving you another 4 spots without worrying about nerves and that.. Why make it more complicated than it is.. lol, Glues x2 quads x4 side delts x2 Once a wk for any muscle is fine. On another note I have hit traps before they aint that bad a bit strange at first though and not the easiest place to do yourself I got me girl to do mine theres just no way I could do it alone lol

    I don't like quads because I hit nerves, I mentioned that in my first post. I know the general areas to inject in quads, but maybe there is a more precise area that I can hit without getting the nerves. I'm just trying to find places to hit where I won't hit nerves. I think I can hit traps pretty easily in the mirror.

    I have hit nerves before and gone through them, I HATE pulling out and usually it only happen in DELT injections, so if I was injecting than my shoulder start to puslate I would push a little and see if it went away usually I would go through it or by pass or something because it would stop.

    I was wondering actually if this is ok to do? Because now every once in a while my shoulder will just start puslating even though I dont inject there anymore and am not on cycle (well I am cruising)

    Can this do damage?

    only place ive hit a nerve was in my quads. I like doing them because there a large muscle group, but i think theres many nerves in the quads you have to be careful of.

    NERVES ARE NERVES !! THEY ARE EVERYWHERE !!

    As for me.. I like being a PINCUSHION.. I LOVE everyday SHOTS... I go .. glute/glute/upper quad/upper quad/lower quad/lower quad/pec/pec/delt/delt/bi/bi... That's almost 2 whole weeks before I hit the same MUSCLE again...

    I have done LATS before and LIKE them.. just I dunno... never use them in my rotation for some reason... I'll occasionally give them a shoot when I get bored..

    The reason I choose so many different spots is because I do not want to build up an excess of SCAR tissue from frequent injections.. I know this dude who only shoots GLUTES... ONLY !!! And he has been ON for 7 years sufficely to say he needs to use a 20gauge PIN to even PERMEATE his skin now because there is so much built up scar tissue.. but then again.. he is a POWERLIFTER and DONT really care about much of anything besides his 3 lifts BENCH/SQUAT/DEAD... Yes you heard me right... 7 years... CRUISE AND BLAST.... The epitomy of AAS ABUSER... oh well .. he does what he wants.. its his life.. cant tell him he cant...

    I really like hitting the bi's, great pumps. Chest is a little strange for me, probably my least fav. Lats are pretty easy, and dont forget the triceps. u can hit em in two different spots. I have done my traps and put in 1.5 cc in each, but dont recommend putting that much in. I listened to some ass at the gym. Felt like i had no neck for a week. spot injections site will really help u out bro.....

    Yeah that site is where I learned to inject, I know it show's where but some spot's still just suck, I guess it's just trial and error lol.

    I used to hit nerves in my quads all the time until i started hitting the upper outer portion. I go a little more than halfway up the middle of my leg and then 1" to 1 1/2" to the outside...... never a problem.

    Delts I hit pretty high also..... usually don't hit a nerve up there and i don't feel the oil pushing in either. when i hit them a little lower.... i get that "Horse kicked me in the arm" feeling that immortal gets. That same feeling i would frequently get in my quads...... sucks.....

    Other than glutes, quads, and delts...... i'm clueless. I personally think you guys are all 1 marble short of a set to be injecting your traps LOL - no way i could do that LMAO! I gave my pecs a try..... never again..... nuff said.

    LOLOL you know..... the funny thing is..... i was injecting IGF with a slin pin. It never burnt and stung so bad in my life LOL! I think i'd do my lats before pecs..... props to you tho LOL

    When I ran short Esthers I would rotate like this Glute, Glute, Thigh, Thigh, Delt, Delt, pectoral, pectoral and start back over. that would give me a little over a week before hitting the same site again. usually worked very well
