    Myths abt AAS and ass over the last 12+ yrs or longer...

    I've recently learned for HRT/TRT or quiet poss in reg cycles that Test doesnt need to be higher than Deca..Back 10-12+ yrs ago that was the law..
    WRONG.... thots and knowledge have changed over the course of time..
    I also remember the pyramid myth for cycles,,,WRONG...
    What other myths are floating around out there.??

    also cycles people seem to think more is better i.e lots of compounds. I see no reason to ever run more then 4 compounds and three being ideal. Its the dose that counts not how many compounds you can fit into one cycle.

    From what i have read recently, it seems that you need to run 800mg of test a week and 3 other compounds on your 1st cycle to grow!! If you ask me, that is a HUGE MYTH
