hey guys,

guna run 500mg test prop/week and 25mg dbol ED.

i wanna run arimidex at .5mg ED while on cycle then run letro at 2.5mg ED for 20 days for PCT 3 days after my last injection of prop. what do you guys think? starting in 4 days let me know ASAP!

why letro for pct, and what would the entire pct be including dosages?

letro because its stronger then nolvadex and clomid. and it takes much lesser dosages. 2.5mg ED compared to 50-150mg clomid or 25-50 nolva. i was just going to run arimidex on cycle at .5mg ED.. like stated above in my first post.. to keep the estrogen side effects down. and then use letro by itself for PCT at 2.5mg ED for 20 days. that is it. i already posted it. i wanna see what you guys think. is letro by itself good or should i use nolva and clomid? it isnt just an estrogen blocker from what i read. letro also helps product natural test too.. so what else would i need? i got the estrogen blocker.. and it helps my body recover and produce test..

wow, someone has given you some really bad advice. letro is an ai and clomid and nolva are serms, I don't even see how a comparison could be made between them. letro serves one purpose in my opinion, gyno reversal. aside from that it has no business in a cycle or pct. I also wouldn't run adex at .5mg/ed unless I had a specific reason to, I recommend starting dosages of .25mg/eod. remember estrogen is needed as well. take some time to read the educational threads at the top of this section, then propose a sensible pct and we'll help you tweak it.

Arimidex (Anastrozole) : This is a widely used type II AI. It competes with estrogen for the aromatase enzyme. This effectively lowers estrogen up to 80% in the blood. Approved for use in 1995 to fight breast cancer. At doses up to 1mg a day, it has been shown to be very effective at controlling estrogen while on cycle or in PCT. It is usefull for curbing the effects that come with aromatizing AAS's while in cycle, and can be used in PCT. Nolvadex is shown to decrease the effectiveness of Arimidex when used together. In this case a suicide inhibitor may be more well suited, like in PCT. It is also called L-dex, in its liquid form.

Femera (Letrozole) : Letro is a competative Type II AI also. Also farely new compared to other compounds, it is shown to be effective at lowering estrogen by blocking the aromatase enzyme. Doses up to 2.5mg a day are used, but usually as low as .5mg a day can be just as effective. Clinical studies show Femera to lower estrogen by 75-78%, sometimes up to 95%. Once again, watch out for your blood lipids (cholesterol) to get out of whack. There may a noted rebound effect of estrogen levels that goes along with Letro use.

i dont understand how these two things seem to be so bad? compared to just nolva and clomid, they seem stronger and better. i have read, i still am, im asking for help clearing things up.

i know PCT. im doing test prop. so i need to start pct 3 days after my last injection cause it has a fast ester. 25-50mg nolva ED and 50-150 mg clomid ED for 3-4 weeks. im just scared ill get estrogen related side effects while ON cycle, so if i take the adex it will help reduce the estrogen, not all of it, it will hinder my gains yes but only a little, i know i need some estrogen for the test to work. and then the letro will help pretty mcuh block all the estrogen during PCT and help try to reverse any side effects. all it seems like is that letro and arimi are stronger better versions of clomid and nolva. i dont see whats wrong with taing just those two over nolva and clomid, please explaine!

no dude dont just leave and leave me hanging, im not trying to argue im trying to figure this out. i get it. SERM trys to block the bad estrogen but let the good help the test to grow. AI just blocks all estrogen. so i need to use an SERM while on cycle and a AI after cycle.

so should i use clomid while on cycle and nolva after? i want to use some thing on cycle to help prevent side effects. then use letro and prov in PCT to block estro with no rebound.

clomid should never be used on cycle. If your worried during cycle run nolva every day at 20 mg. A basic pct looks like this
day1 40mg nolva 150mg clomid
next 2 weeks nolva 20mg clomid 100mg
next 2 weeks nolva 20mg clomid 50mg
