I have a problem...
I work as a securety guard at a night club... due to that I sleep during the day... my only 2 options are to train after my "breakfest" (first meal) or to have a work out at the end of my day right befor I go to sleep...my question is.. is it ok that im curently doing so? (training after my first meal) or is it nonsence... I have 30-40% of my carb intake for this meal...also if it is ok that im doing so, what kinde of carb would you recomend for that meal (im curently on whit rice)... sory for my speling guys... and thank you very much
