    Wanted to say Hello to all

    Hello, there to one and All,

    I have been on here readin and navigating for years and finally figured what the hey, I will join. Maybe I can help some people out just getting into the game! I have been doing Cycles for 15+ years and training for 22
    I am 41yrs Old
    6'
    240#
    13.5%
    Just cruising right now figured I got time cause no job might as well join the click!

    my sister ... I could send them to ya but I do not want to make you lose your lunch! She is an anorexic weighs like 96# and thinks she is in good shape just cause she is skinny! can not get her to listen to a word I say! You know one of those people that counts calories but does not look to see where the calories are coming from. 4GitABoutIT

    that is sadbro, but deff know where you are coming from. I have a fat friend that his cool as they come but will listen to me for about a month and lost 30 pounds then stops like wtf
