    how fast should i see result of clen?

    hello everyone

    im taking liquid clen, and im just wondering how fast i should c good result. im in my second week and i started a dosage of

    day1 :50 mcg
    day2: 75 mcg
    day3: 100 mcg
    and im still on 100 mcg


    i just feel like shiiiiit. i have this wired headache everyday and i wana c result. my diet is pretty good and i workout 5 days a week( cardio everyday)

    can u lose weight without clen?
    My buddies have run clen...and they havent lost a pound...mostly because they have no idea how to lose weight without it...
    if u cant lose without it..u cant lose with it...

    make sure ur diet and training is in order and ull see awesome results

    I needed to add something so sorry for the double post, but if your diet was clean and in check you would be losing weight with the working out and cardio everyday...JMO

    Here we go again People just do not like to diet! I am convinced! Hey i would love to have Pudzanowski's or Dex Jacksons Metabolism and be able to eat 3# of bacon for breakfast or Burgers all year around but that is not the case

    i need help with my diet plzzz
    hey everyone,
    weight: 95 kg
    bf%: about 25
    hight: 180 cm
    goal: cut down to 80kg


    im running clen with my diet which i got from my provider:

    this is a typical day`s eating plan:

    meal1: 5 egg whites + 3 whole eggs
    meal2: protein shake
    meal3: turkey sandwich
    meal4: 300 g steak, 100 g rice
    meal5: protein shake + an apple
    meal6: post workout drink
    meal7: 300 g fish + steamed veggies
    meal8ure protein shake


    i dont know how to manage this exactly, how much time between each meal?
    is this a really good diet to lose weight?
    if yes should i follow it exactly or are there any meals that could be replaceable?

    plzz help

    guys plzzz help me out with this, ... im so f***ing depressed and i wana cut down. i have gained a lot while in school and now i have a break. and thats it... im serious about this i wana bring my bf dowwwwwwwwwn

    about the cardio, im doin 40 min, 20 min, 30 min, 40 min, 30 min 5 days a week starting from monday

    first off you need more real food and eat every 2 1/2 and 3 hours is best, there are a lot better people on this forum then me for diet, but would replace the protein shake other then pwo with real food lean protein, tuna, fish, chicken, and so on...when cutting I keep my carbs low after 5pm I dont cut them out all the way but low...

    how long have you been on this diet with the cardo?

    cardio in the morning on an empty stomach is best....cod oil helps three times a day or more.

    no, remember how long it took you to put it on one week is not long enough to see to much bro, wish it was..Remember this is a life style and not just something you do once in a while so the more time goes by the better you will feel and the easier it will get.....stay strong bro

    i already did man. yeah im gona start doin cardio on empty stomach and c how it goes.
