If I were you, I would either just risk bringing a couple loaded syringes or do what I did one time! I loaded the correct dosages + a little extra into the needle then I dumped it into a glass bottle like the ones you get on the plane ( 1 shot liquor bottles) then just seal it good and put it in your suitcase! It will look like just a little dribble of liquor left in there! might not be the best way but I walked right through customs into the USA from Mexico like that!

Do what Nine says. I would not take it on in the original vials. You can get away with the pins by saying you are diabetic but use Nine's idea for getting the gear on board.

How would you keep it clean...would you boil the bottle first?

I bet they get a lot of diabetics and wouldn't think much of it. I have never had my luggage looked at...not like when you fly. (That was last year, maybe things have changed).

Yes you would sterilize the bottle and it is glass.
I would just want to make sure they did not find it! would cost you your cruise and possibly your freedom! international laws have gotten really strict! As I said if you just take the needles off of the syringe the plastic 2ml body is 100$ leagal could say u used it to measure cough medicine. The needles casn be easily hidden in your suitcase maybe even inside the fabric. The problem with passing them as an slin pin is anyone who know a diabetic knows that you do not use 3ml syringes. If you just do what I said and seal it with a cork you could just say the bottle is a souvenir and you are saving it if they ever saw it!

goin for 7 days!! i am pretty ballsy, i travel alot and 3 times have taken all my gear put in the back i check under the plane and am fine everytime, so far. i just havent been on a cruise>>

OK another tip for you, even better.
Cruises are cheap, they make there money on BOOZE

I have done several cruises.
Bring some water bottles, juice bottles or gator aid and fill them up with your drink/alcohol of choice. Only a little color for looks and keep them in your room. You will save hundreds, trust me.
Just buy the first drink special first night, big souvenir glass and you can fill it up with juice and ice at any of the drink fountains for free. Also keep some juice, pop or whatever in your room with ice

bro i cruise all the time...you will have no problem man. only take the vials if you dont plan on bringing them back..
you can leave with anything, its just returning is where the problem is for me.
so just take what u need, anything left throw into ocean the last night.
u can bring anything on the cruise...
