    cheap bulking

Hello diet guru's, I have a question for you.

    Stats:
    21 yrs. old
    6'1"
    165-170 lbs.
    between 8 and 10% bf

as of now, my diet consists of subway $5 footlongs (only tuna, ham, or chicken), about 200 grams of protein per day, and sad to say, the rest is mostly fast food or lean pockets.

I work 2 jobs and go to school full-time, so the amount of time i'm able to spend preparing meals is my biggest constraint.

I have an extremely intense workout reg, and i need some tips on quick meals i can prepare, healthy meals i can buy on the go, etc. to go along with my training. Thanks guys, i appreciate the input!

I'm sure you have a day where you have an hour or two to make food. Take one day a week and cook up all the food you will eat for the week. Look at some sample diets and throw one together because subway for every meal ain't cuttin it.

Sound like you're spending $20-$30 a day on fast food, if you think about it that's $600 a month or garbage, as far as meals well you can buy a lot of good clean food for that kind of money, read some of the threads here.

I buy a gangload of chicken and/or london broil steak when it's on sale. Sometimes $100 worth on just meats & store in the freezer, plus I buy alot of eggs & egg mates. Not to mention alot of sweet potatoes, brown rice. bags of russel potatoes, whole grain pasta & tortillas.
I cook up alot of food on Sunday for the whole week. I spend 40 min every morning to pack my lunch cooler while stuffing my face with breakfast. It's the only way to go if your serious about gaining weight. You must plan your meals.
After a strict eating routeen for the week I look forward to my cheat day!!!!
    You can do it!!!!

If i cook all the food that i need for the week on sunday, will it stay good in the fridge all week? i mean like the chicken and beef- how long does it stay good for?

also- i can't afford to eat 8-10 eggs every morning, is it ok to just eat a few eggs, some toast, an oats and supplement with a protein shake instead?

If you want to set up a proper diet write down what you have been eating with all macros and totals.

If your diet is sh*t then watch and read the stickies at the top of the diet forum and post up a diet here. We WILL get you a good diet.

As far as cheap bulking what your spending now on fast foods you could be getting alot more good food. Like said previously yuo got to buy in bulk. I also spend up to $200 on mince and chicken breast when its cheap.
