    No one will be at my funeral. I am very well liked but I think people hate me for my confidence/arrogance. I wanna be cremated.

    They will probably have a party.. Woo hoo, the asshole is gone!!!!!

    Because it's a self measuring tool. If you're not where you want to be with people today, then this gives you an opportunity to address some of those things and potentially make them right. If you were to respond to this question again 10 years from today and your answer is still the same, then you probably haven't grown much as an individual.

    not how I meant it . I have just been through more than my fair share of funerals.

    Don't know anyone that wanted to be there. Half are there cause they feel obligated, then you have the ones that never had a kind word to say but feel the need to show their face there so everyone else sees that they must have been a friend or something
    then you have family that has to stand there and listen to everyone when all they really want to do is cry, be alone ,and mourn in their own way, but they can't , they have to be strong and put up a good front to get through the whole funeral, viewing, etc......

    sorry, just don't see the need in putting anyone through all that. I'm dead, you treated me the way you did when I was alive for whatever reason, so that's what you get to remember, the good, the bad , and the ugly.

    That is why you should ALWAYS tell the people you love that you love them NOW while they are still here, cause once they are gone it is TOO LATE!!

    This is very true.At a funeral you just get a million people you don't realy know coming up to you saying ''sorry for your loss'' and shaking your hand.At my mothers funeral half the town seemed to come just to have something to do because I must have shaken hundreds of hands without knowing half of the people ,trust me, that just pissed me off, it didn't make me feel any better.One guy even came up to us and said the politition for the town near where the crash was was unable to come and sent his condolences,nobody in the family had any clue who he was, it was just so his name would be on our minds as there were elections not far off.Funerals just make people feel worse.I have already told my family.When I die do whatever is cheapest with the body because I will be dead and won't give a sh!t.
