If I take my HGH in the morning and the proceed to do 45 mins of cardio on an empty stomach, will the GH have any anti-catabolic / muscle saving properties?

This is actually a decent question that I am surprised nobody has answered. I think that long term use of HGH would have anti-catabolic effects, but not short term use. If you want something that will provide anti-catabolic effects immediately then get some clenbuterol from the banner at the top of the page. It works very well, and they are a legit source that delivers on time. Be ready for the side effects though.
L-Glutamine is your friend.
i have read studies were glutamine does not really work like people think it does, meaning that it is not the wonder supplement that people thought it was. its effects arent as strong as people thought. can anyone confirm or not?
i agree
