I Was reading and getting a lot of information from this great website. Just got finally registered!!!Well, I've been working out for 6 years not constantly though. Started trained for a year and a half then stopped for six months or so...
To tell you honestly, I was not really happy with the results at all. And I know why. First of all my diet, well, there was no diet at all, ate pretty much everything and never used any supplements.
. That's why I couldn't go below 20%-25% of body fat with in average weight 210-225lb and my height is 6'1". last year was my best. I did a lot of cardio + high intensity work out + diet + protein shake + vitamins. Lost about 40lb in 6 months, body fat went down to 17%. At first I was happy with my results, but then I decided to grow bigger muscles and become stronger, now that was a challenge. Well, got done with my first bulking cycle Dbol (25/day) + TEst E (400/week) + PCT Nova. Gained about 25lb in 8 weeks
So now I'm 205 lb, 18% BF and about to start my second cycle Test E + Dbol + Deca + Anavar (At the end). Glad to be a part of this great community
