    Question GOOD or BAD

    Ok guys lookin 4 some feed back.After my rehab.I was thinking of running Deca and eq.Both at 400 mg a week for 12 weeks.What say we? Songdog

    i would strenghin shoulder natty for awhile, before i jumped on another cycle.jmo

    ^^^ Exactly....you don't want to re injure it cause you feel stronger then it is.

    also you would need TEST in there with either of those compounds

    Thanx 4 the info guys.Havent had surgery yet.I am planning down the road.I will take it slow.I plan on low weights losts of reps 4 a long time.songdog
