    On cycle, cant sleep........

    600mg/week of prop
    100mg/day of winstrol

    i've done 2 12 week cycles prior, i slept like a baby, did well

    the last week, i have only gotten like 2hrs sleep a night...anyone else have this happen?

    i think im gonna go nuts....

    this happens to me every cycle my sleep patterns are always fvcked when im on cycle .

    i wonder if my body is gonna be like this with prop....

    i ran enenthate (prescription) before, and had 0 issues..if anything, my sleep was better.

    currently, i lay there thinking, and my brain just wont shut off.

    Goto your doctor and get a prescription for a sleep-aid such as AmbienCR. Also another alternative to consider if you dont like the side effects from Ambien would be to try an A-typical antipsychotic called Seroquel, which can be used off the label as a sleep aid. That is of course, if your government run healthcare system allows you to have an appointment in the next 6 months.

    Fvck Im starting my test prop cycle in 2 more weeks and hope I dont have this same issue, its the only reason I stopped m1t, didnt sleep for 2 nights straight and couldnt hack it.

    But dont take seroquel, it has a terribly long half life so even when you wake up you will wanna sleep, and you'll feel like a drugged up zombie all day + put on weight.

    OTC products often leave me tired and groggy in the morning, anything with diphenhydramine hcl.
    Ambien works decent but most doctors dont prescribe enough and you always need to raise the dosage.
    If you're really having issues in all honesty you may wanna participate in some greenery activities before bed.. always works for me and never effected my workouts.

    so, i didnt sleep last night, i crashed HARD this aft for 5 hrs...

    now it's 2:35 am, and im awake

    welcome to my world man, I will probably be awake till 5 AM because of insomnia than I wake up at like 2 in the afternoon and feel like a loser who missed the entire day.

    insomnia is when you can't sleep at all, not just go to sleep later than normal. 5-2 is 9 hours sleep that's pretty good.


    Yeah I've never really had too much a hard time sleeping, but I get high a lot so maybe that helps.

    i goto bed 6am wake up 3-4.
    500mg /w sus250
    500mg /w deca
    its been like this for few weeks since i started, im really thinking about going to a doc for sleep aids. i did take gravol this one night and knocked me out at night, and tried to break the sleep pattern, but i was right back into it 2 days later.

    went to the docs today and got a script for Unisom 100mg Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride see how this goes

    my fav is 3mg of melatonin.. that used to knock me out even when i was on tren...

    test cyp cycle I slept like 14 hours a day in the begining and it slowly left but I was still getting 8 hours a night easy

    so i got some sleep..but it wasnt quality sleep. it was "i crashed cuz my body failed" sleep...

    and, i love my sleep and know rest is needed in order to grow.

    i went to the doc today man because i cant sleep, i on sus250/deca. he percribed Unisom 100mg, i resherched and found u can buy this at shoppers without a doc scrip in 50mg form, so just take 2 lol. about 10$ i just poped it so ill let u know how it works tommrow.

    I wouldn't recommend taking ambien unless in dire need, you will build a tolerance fast and then be dependent on it. Also Seroquel is really nasty stuff, def. stay away from that.

    Something natural you can take is a product called PowerFull, it works awesome for deeper sleep and recovery. Thats the only reason i am taking it for deeper sleep. Heres a few other things you can take with no negative feedback loops, or side effects.

    -melatonin
    -bacaopa (awesome herb)
    -5htp (works great too)
    -zma

    Try taking those and i guarantee a better quality of sleep, or you money back. lol!

    I got a prescription for ambien a couple of months back. It works great, haven't used half the tabs yet. After a few nights of using it and getting back into my pattern I was able to quit. For me benadryl was the 2nd best option. The natural shit didn't do a thing for me.

    yup have gotten insomnia before... ambien didn't do shit but I think that’s because the tolerance sort of wearied out... next time when the insomnia starts to hit I’m going to do the ambien fresh after not doing it for like a month
