    What constitutes big?

    Im 5'11" 200lbs about 13% bf. friends say im big I think big would be more like 225ish. What is your definition of "big"?

    ive seen guys at 6ft weighing 185-190 looking bigger than 6ft 220 guys, so I believe it is really dependent on how you carry the weight.

    It depends on how tall you are, bf, how you carry the muscle.

    Also on what opinion of big is, it really doesnt have a straight answer.

    I agree with this 100%. Crazy how your somatotype and the way you carry your musculature determines how big you look. Very little depends on actual body weight but more so body structure and body fat percentage. I constantly get told that I look bigger than I weigh

    The Big Monster at My gym tells me Im bigger than him. Yet when I look at him I am amazed. So It really depends to be honest. Lots of factors.

    I know someone that is like that, he is 6'1 195 and he looks like no joke 210-215. I mean when he tells people his weight people don't believe him and also another factor is he doesn't have alot of weight in his lower body (ie. legs) he is trying to get them up, but you know how hard that is.

    All I really want to be is about 220 or so, at 8% bf.

    I just want to put on about 25 lbs of muscle and stay athletic. lol

    I think 5'11'' 225, 8% would look pretty cool, and being able to dunk a basketball.

    Currently 5'9 210 lbs 10.5% approx BF. I'd like to get up to 225-230 in the future, but for now focusing on getting BF down to around 6%.

    I'm 6'0 and maintain 225-228lbs and people say i'm big and look good. Currently 234 as of yesterday, but i think i look and feel best when i'm 240-245. Constantly trying to maintain that weight but i don't think it's ever going to happen.
