    Hands Swelling

    Me and my buddy both started HGH a few months ago...I've had no side effects at all, but his hands will swell randomly and sometimes swell pretty bad. Has anyone else had this happen? Also is there anyway to stop this from happening? Thanks in advance

    whats his dosage? just a thought but maybe he should back his dose down an iu or 2 and stay away from the salt.
    and no i havent had bad sides like that. i do get mild sides when i first start. increase dosage slowly

    we both started out at 2, and he went from 2 to 4 after about a month...he's been at 4/day for about 3 weeks now though...

    tell him to try 3iu for a wk or two and then go back to 4iu

    what's his stats ?? he must be small structure to experience these side effects at 4 IUs

    he's around 210, 12%bf, and about 5'9-5'10...pretty thick guy...
