I always take 6-8 months off between cycles & always use the rule of thumb time on + PCT = time off. But is there any way to make sure your receptors are primed for your next cycle? Ie a cleanse or rejuvenation product, supplement etc? I always take multi’s, fats, veggies supplements, BCAA, glutamine & Protein so my supplements are quite high on or off cycle. I have not been able to find much information on how to bring back receptors to gain full potential out of each cycle. Any help or info on this would be great help.
