    Yea...Im that guy.

    Alright, before you all hate on me realize I understand that I may have messed up and didn't do the proper research before taking some dbol and that's why i am "that guy".

    My specs:
    190lbs
    22 yrs old
    5'10
    4 years lifting experience
    approx 16-19% bf. just ball park from pics

    I have now been on Dbol for about 20 days. Got em from my buddy who I thought was pretty knowledgeable. He told me to take one a day and I would notice gains, which I have. Well I continued to eat normal for the first week probably a lil over 3000 cals a day, but cut back on carbs and unnecessary cals. I then began to diet heavy about three weeks ago.

    My intake:
    Bfast: 300-400 cals every morning. Usually egg omlet. Bananna
    After morning workout: Protein Shake
    Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad, Fruit
    Dinner: Around 500-700 of cals. Ex) Chicken, Brauts, Steak
    If I ever got the munchies I would chow on some almonds/cashews/nuts.
    I also tried to cut back on the carbs. Put down a gallon + water a day.
    Taking in between 2000-2500 cals a day.
    Lift 5 days a week, cardio 4 days.

    My main goal is to gain muscle, while dropping bf%.

    I began noticing that I was gaining a lot of size the first two weeks, but as I began to cut food...My stomach is cutting in, but I feel like I am losing muscle mass as well. And I know protein builds muscles, and from what I read now I wasn't taking in enough.

    I know I should of researched more, but I didnt even realize there were forums like this. I apologize for being a noob and should of known that I could find anything on the internet. How screwed am I? I thought I was doing everything right till I came across this site.

    I want to continue to take them, so from what I have read I should increase my protein and carb intake and put down 4000-5000 cals of good food. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    -To cut it will require a calorie deficit.
    -You are incorrectly taking dbol
    -A dbol only cycle is a TERRIBLE idea.
    -Do you know what pct is?
    -Have you ever ran cycles before?
    -The reason you gained size was bloat from dbol and food intake, some muscle as well.
    -Steroid cycles will not get you cut.
    -Go to the diet section and post up a sample of your diet and it will be further tweaked to get you to your goals.
    -4000-5000 calories per day will not get you cut no matter what kind of food it consists of.

    Some things to think about.

    Usually D-bol is used in conjunction with other compounds to kick start a cycle.You need to run D-bol with atleast test.
    Your all over the place and did not do your homework.And this is just some of the problems you are faced with.Also your diet needs work.Have you got your PCT in order???I'm humble most of the time, and I expect one of the vets will jump on this more in detail.Read the website and the forum threads before you medicate yourself.Please!!!!!

    Well welcome to AR. You will get all your answers here. And yes you should have researched a lot more. Your buddy was stupid telling you to do that cycle.

    why is it in this day and age people will listen to what thier friends say rather than just going on line and reading for 20 minutes!!

    How many miiligram pills are they 5, 10, or 50

    Are you taking anything for your liver?

    Basically any weight you gained is water weight maybe some muscle, and if you dont PCT its all going to disappear and even with PCT you will be luckily to keep anything noticeable since you will lose alot of water weight.

    Overall terrible cycle, nobody gets cut off dbol.

    haha. like i said i did not do my homework and all of you have pointed that out. i am just going to stop taking the dbol....and work on the cut.

    i appreciate all the help and i fall into that group of "dummies". im inexperienced in this field, but need to learn more.

    i will do my homework and i still have 20+ dbol left. would someone mind posting a link to where i could find more information on how to use it correctly for the future? i would greatly appreciate it.

    I agree with all of the above.
    Dbol is a horrible stand alone compund to be taking, especially for your first cycle.

    Your first cycle should have been 500mg test/w, and its the only steroid i would run on its own. Evrything else in my opinion should be combines with test, which is what makes u a man!!!!

    I say stop rite now with what ever your doing, jump on pct and start fresh once u have enough knowledge from reading around this site.

    There is no miracle steroid to cut. Steroids with help u out, but the main thing is something called DIET!!!!!!!!!!!

    Go to the diet section and read your ass off. Once your ready, give it another shot with just test.

    hahha my buddy said his friends who cycled in highschool new more about doing it properly than this site. man I cant wait to see how bad he F8kes up his body

    please, never take advice from that "knowledgeable" guy ever again.........

    are you having any sexual dysfunction? has your sex drive slowed down?

    dbol from what i know to be true (please correct me if im wrong) can inhibit your natural testosterone production........

    and, as we all know - the true muscle builder is testosterone..not dbol...

    snag yourself some nolvadex, some clomid, and read some PCT stickies. make sure you do PCT to get your body rolling again ASAP...

    Dont go away, dont stop reading and learing. NOW is the time you need to learn more. Just stopping is not the answer. You need to know about PCT. Do some reading here on it or you will have even more problems really soon.

    Please dont think that you can just stop and everything will be 100%

    Then as suggested got to the diet section and learn how to cut properly. Please read it, it's not about just cutting your intake or calories.

    PCT= Post Cycle Therapy...in case you didn't already know. And this is what you need to know about in the very short term.
