Alright, before you all hate on me realize I understand that I may have messed up and didn't do the proper research before taking some dbol and that's why i am "that guy".
My specs:
190lbs
22 yrs old
5'10
4 years lifting experience
approx 16-19% bf. just ball park from pics
I have now been on Dbol for about 20 days. Got em from my buddy who I thought was pretty knowledgeable. He told me to take one a day and I would notice gains, which I have. Well I continued to eat normal for the first week probably a lil over 3000 cals a day, but cut back on carbs and unnecessary cals. I then began to diet heavy about three weeks ago.
My intake:
Bfast: 300-400 cals every morning. Usually egg omlet. Bananna
After morning workout: Protein Shake
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad, Fruit
Dinner: Around 500-700 of cals. Ex) Chicken, Brauts, Steak
If I ever got the munchies I would chow on some almonds/cashews/nuts.
I also tried to cut back on the carbs. Put down a gallon + water a day.
Taking in between 2000-2500 cals a day.
Lift 5 days a week, cardio 4 days.
My main goal is to gain muscle, while dropping bf%.
I began noticing that I was gaining a lot of size the first two weeks, but as I began to cut food...My stomach is cutting in, but I feel like I am losing muscle mass as well. And I know protein builds muscles, and from what I read now I wasn't taking in enough.
I know I should of researched more, but I didnt even realize there were forums like this. I apologize for being a noob and should of known that I could find anything on the internet. How screwed am I? I thought I was doing everything right till I came across this site.
I want to continue to take them, so from what I have read I should increase my protein and carb intake and put down 4000-5000 cals of good food. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
