Yah this was my first. I cant wait for my next one but im back home with my folks because thats where my wife stayed while I was deployed and now im just waiting for the baby, and I had my pct sent here incase this happened and sadly enough it did so in about 10 days I geta start my nolvadex
nice bro, im exact same size as you, judging by the pics, my bicips are bigger but my abs arnt as define as you. ive down 3 cycles, mostly 500test-enth
haha my abbs just look it because im tanned yah i want bigger bi's but really I could loose like 4 pounds in cutting around my abbs.

haha, i worked hard to get them and slowly have been being a turd and not working them, just been doing everything but them. Need to do more core
One of your traps looks bigger than the other one.....
You dont seem concerned at all with your back or your legs as you choose not to show us them so I would advise working on your chest, shoulders, traps and arms and dial in the diet a bit better so you can get leaner.

Problem is, when you cut, everything that you don't want to lose will come first. Then that last troubled area will come last. That's just the nature of the beast due to genetics.
Here's the deal. I'm 32 years old. I've never used any performance enhancing drugs nor do I use anything over the counter that might assist in my physical desires. My physical endeavors are mostly centered around triathlons, so I'm by no means a bodybuilder. However, I'm quite a bit more muscular than you are and my top/bottom, left/right symmetry is very much in check. The ONLY reason why I chose to respond to this is that you and I have a very similar physique (lean and long). Maybe I have more years of training under my belt? But if I saw you in the gym today, you'd look very natural to me.
So in summary, if you're going to invest the money in being unnatural, then make the most of it.
Yah, Ill be the first to admit I need to study up more, and yah I definatly could have waited to cycle. And yah thats basicly what Im getting huge into researching now is diet, I thought I had it in check, but basicly I shorted myself in not eating enough.
Oh and the shadow makes right arm look bigger than it is and probaly the camera angel
show the wheels man! just looking at the pic you cant really tell because of the baggy shorts but IMO it never hurts to give the legs extra attention... seems like most people over look their importance.
Your upper body looks like its in proportion you have room to grow some more.
