Like others said, post your current routine and exercises, and we'll go from there.

    Incline, decline

full contraction to squeeze the muscle and less bouncing of the weight

I use 3-4 sets of negative reps for my last chest movement. really seems to help my chest grow easily! It also helps me get very strong bench very quick (did 415 @ 220# Natural)

Seriously? You need to eat a lot of research, make sure you drink plenty of research, get at least 8 hours of research a night, and take about 500mg of research a week, split up into two doses of course.

Dips are a good all around movement for chest development, and like TRT man said, it has a lot to do with genetics.

    INCLINE BENCH !!!

It's the only part of the muscle that isn't naturally BIG.. or in other words.. LACKING... or in laymans terms... WE DONT NORMALLY USE OUR UPPER CHEST IN OUR DAILY ROUTINES FOR ANYTHING ... so anyone who doesn't lift weights doesn't have a defined upper chest musculature so if you slam that part of the chest EXTRA HARD then you should notice a significant increase in CHEST size... but like everyone else said.. it also has to do with a shit-ton of other factors.. like genetics, diet, routine, if you are doing the exercises correctly or not...

I mean look at ARNOLD in his PRIME his UPPER-CHEST.. WAS almost choking him out... LOL... Not to mention the BB of today.. HOLY HELL !!! IT's like they focus directly on their upper...

FOR ME.. Usually it's the FIRST thing I do in a chest routine.. EITHER incline dumb bells or Incline bench.. or incline flyes or heck incline smith machine one handed presses... or incline cable crossovers ... INCLINE INCLINE INCLINE !!!!

I'm real big on the incline, I feel a slight incline db press is just MONEY!

About the negatives, me and my partner ended our flat bench with super heavy negatives after our last set, is this ideal time to implement them? Should you only do one heavy set of negs, or should you do like 3 sets in the 6-10 rep range.

I like the op, am after the big chest.
