also i never used ampules before, do i need to clean the glass with alcohol before i break top off and load syringe (sorta like how u clean stopper on vials?)

I have the same amps, people say its the new packaging. Check out my post : http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=391007 Boys from the forum told me they ar good to go.

P.S. Its not a bad idea to clean the amps before you break them.

Use an alcohol wipe on the outside to clean the top. You can nver be too careful.
