Just wondering If anyone thinks I am doing too many sets!
Here is a typical chest workout
Incline bench 135 X 15 225 X 12 275 X 10 315 X 5
Flat Bench 225 X 12 315 X 8 315 X 6 365 X 2-3
Semi Incline Dumbell Flyes 30 X 15 40 X 10 40 X 10 45 X 8
Hammer Strength Incline 2pl X 10 3pl X6 3pl X 6
Pec Deck 3 sets to failure
What do ya think?? Somethimes I think I am over training a little bit! I do about the same amount of sets for each bodypart
Chest 16-18
Shoulders 18-20
back 20
Arms Tri / Bi 12-15 / 12-15
Legs 15
Hams 8-12
Calves 6-10
3 on 1 off / 2 on 1 off / repeat is my routine
