    Am I doing too much??

    34yr old
    diet in check
    on trt but getting ready to cycle
    20 + yrs on and off exp

    Just wondering If anyone thinks I am doing too many sets!

    Here is a typical chest workout

    Incline bench 135 X 15 225 X 12 275 X 10 315 X 5
    Flat Bench 225 X 12 315 X 8 315 X 6 365 X 2-3
    Semi Incline Dumbell Flyes 30 X 15 40 X 10 40 X 10 45 X 8
    Hammer Strength Incline 2pl X 10 3pl X6 3pl X 6
    Pec Deck 3 sets to failure

    What do ya think?? Somethimes I think I am over training a little bit! I do about the same amount of sets for each bodypart

    Chest 16-18
    Shoulders 18-20
    back 20
    Arms Tri / Bi 12-15 / 12-15
    Legs 15
    Hams 8-12
    Calves 6-10

    3 on 1 off / 2 on 1 off / repeat is my routine

    as for your chest are you growing? getting stronger?

    i do

    flat bench
    one warm up
    one med warm up set
    then three sets

    decline
    three sets, maybe a 4th every once in awhile

    incline
    three sets

    incline flies or cable flies - not always done (once a month)
    two sets very light high reps
