    drunk girls are such great fun,i used to have a fone full of drunk women pics from nights out.

    anyway it keeps the coppers off the streets and the public safe from police beatings.....

    This is old. (i remember this)
    Cop that pulled the skirt up should be fired.
    Other cops, taking pics and laughing should be suspended without pay for a period of time but that's all. Although their actions were inappropriate , they didn't commit and crime.
