Hey guys, another newbie here. Just posting to introduce myself. I'm 27 from Australia. Spent most of my younger years boxing and playing football (rugby league), with little steroid use. Used sust 250 on a regular basis when I was 16 (not a good idea - I know that now). Had no idea of cycles, proper training and dieting or PCT. Even though I saw big gains at that age, I realise I probably did more harm than good. I'm not competing at any level anymore, and am just trying to reach my peak physical condition for my age. I've really let myself go over the last couple of years due to random injuries and a motorcycle accident, but am now keen to get back into training.
Since I became a member a couple of days ago, I've spent a lot of time researching through the site itself and through forums and I've gotta say I've learned more about steroids in the last two days than I have gathering random info over the last 10 years! This site is awesome, especially the forums. looking forward to gathering some good information and advice.
