    Question begginer advise anyone???

    as i am looking to begin with my first cycle of steroid i would like someone to asure me that my cycle is rite. i am going to take dianabol , 10week cycle with 5mg tabs, this is my cycle

    Week 1. 4 4 4 4 4 4 5 (29)
    Week 2. 5 5 5 5 5 5 7 (37)
    Week 3. 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 (49)
    Week 4. 7 9 9 9 9 9 9 (61)
    Week 5. 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 (70)
    Week 6. 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 (70)
    Week 7. 9 9 9 9 9 9 7 (61)
    Week 8. 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 (49)
    Week 9. 7 5 5 5 5 5 5 (37)
    Week 10. 5 4 4 4 4 4 4 (29) total of 492 tabs.

    would that cycle be okay for a beginer?
    also iv been recomended to take Clenbuterol on my 4week break off, do i follow the same cycle with the clen?

    HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED THANKS.

    Well first you need to do some reading. Read the stickies on this forum. There is alot more to "taking my first cycle" than you may think. These are hormones you intend to play with and will do some serious damage if used incorrectly. Dianabol by itself is not good as a cycle. It will puff you up like a water balloon and then when you stop taking the pills in about three months you'll loose it all. All this while being at a high risk of gyno sides. Additionally please please dont mess with the clen until you do some research.

    No, this is a bad idea, do more research on first time cycles and stop listening to who ever gave you that cycle.

    where did you come up with such a TERRIBLE idea? that is a very bad beginner cycle, please do NOT consider doing that

    I think he heard it from a guy at the gym that knows this other guy the used to work there but moved to FL but stayed in touch and he read about it in a men's bathhouse bathroom stall, so he text it to one of his friends the told him that it totally works.

    what would u see as an ideal 1st cycle then?
    ino once i come off the dianabol i will lose it, but thats why i also asked about the clen. From what i have read up clen maintains and also improves on what u have gained from that 10week cycle :S

    i am 20 yrs of age, 5'11, weighing 160lbs, training 1 and half year consistantly ....couldnt tell you my body fat , my day to day diet just consists, of light snack in morning usually scrambld egg, 4-6 eggs. then follows with rice/pasta mixed with tuna sweetcorn before lunch, then follows with somthing high in protein chicken breasts with sweet potatos ect, similar snack later on with pasta/rice usually throw in peices of fruit. then to end it off a small pot of cottage chesse brfore bed.

    At 5'11 you should be able to get to 200lbs. naturally with the proper diet and continued training.
    This should be done before considering AAS.

    OK, what you need to understand is that what YOU call a diet and what WE call a diet are two different things. IF you want to BUILD your body, then you have to learn how TO EAT TO GROW. The "Diet" you are currently on is NOT conducive to growth. Therefore, steroids will do you no good, as they require an even better diet .

    You will be amazed at how much you will gain naturally IF you get your diet corrected for GROWTH...You will have to do some changing of your mindset, but if you do, you will grow like a weed.

    Right now at 20, your hormones are at their highest level. That LAST thing you want to do is SHUT DOWN your HPTA and risk losing those high levels. Steroids WILL SHUT YOU DOWN......

    also , your growth plates are still growing until your mid 20's. Taking steroids now will prematurely fuse them.

    I would seriously get to the diet section here and let Phate, or Jamyjamjr do their magic with you. and give it a solid year at least and you will put on a solid 20lbs easy!!!

    Honestly you are going to hear this from everyone, you are too young. So technically there is no safe cycle. Your natural test should boost you up about 10-20 over the next couple of years

    haha okay you're swaying me away from the idea for now, does anyone know a good diet to follow to gain descent muscle mass, checked out loads on sites, but unless you're gordan ramsay there prety hard to stick to. looking for somthing reasonable to make up, and somthing reasonably affective

    also if i were ignorant and went on to take up a cycle, how can you maintain the muscle mass u have gained, during breaks???
